TERMS:

All payments are made payable to Capital BookFest. Return Check charge is $40.00, and exhibitor is subject to being omitted from the event. This event will take place rain or shine, however, if adverse weather conditions such as fire, casualty, disaster, labor disputes, acts of nature, or any other emergency situation beyond the control of the Capital BookFest and/or The Blvd @ Cap Centre. Capital BookFest will, at its discretion, reschedule the event. Sponsors and exhibitors agree that the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall apply to any rescheduling date. The Capital BookFest and/or The Blvd @ Cap Centre shall not be liable to the sponsor or author/vendor for any loss or damage suffered during this event. Fees are non-refundable after August 1st, 2009. By submitting this online application, you are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to all the terms as listed above and have advised our event site representative accordingly.
